How It Works
Workshops can be tailored to your team size and duration based on your desired topic. Workshops are typically offered as 2-3 day events but the duration can be customized based on the goals for workshop outcomes. Workshops can be conducted as stand-alone events or in conjunction with our other services offerings.
Workshops are results oriented. Value is generated with the workshop beyond the purely educational value for the participants. Workshops will typically have specific goals for project or program advancement and can be used to rapidly advance a project to the next stage.
Value
Workshops have two distinct values. Participants are introduced to new concepts or methods of solving complex cybersecurity issues and take that knowledge with them at the end of the workshop. Workshops also have a defined goal for advancing a project or returning something of immediate value at the end of the workshop.
Targeted workshops are also used to introduce long term support staff for CISO services to the organization while returning immediate value to the organization.
